On my concrete walkway, the concrete is a rougher texture. I could only pull the rotary head back towards myself. If I tried to push it forwards, it would flip as others had mentioned, but it's an easy workaround - only pull back. On my stamped concrete patio, the texture of the concrete is much smoother and it moves any direction with ease. I would say for the few hours that I used it to clean my concrete, it easily cut my work time in half. I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

As other reviewers have stated, you have to use the proper technique or the head will try to flip up. I was most successful when I shuffled my feet backward, pulling the disk back toward me while applying downward pressure. If you try pushing it forward or sweeping it side to side you'll need to apply more pressure to keep the water pressure from lifting an edge of the disk off the surface you're cleaning. If the disk isn't making good contact with the flat surface you'll get no cleaning effect. Additionally, you have to move slowly & it's necessary to hold it still at the beginning & end of each trigger pull to ensure that those spots get cleaned too.
I'm 6 feet tall & for me, I had to bend over quite a bit to get adequate downward pressure on the cleaning head to maintain 100% surface contact & it's definitely a 2 hand operation. The combination of bending over, using 2 hands & applying the necessary downward pressure created a lot of muscular stress in my shoulders & back. I suspect that a longer wand shaft & extra weight on the cleaning head might make a world of difference. So the next time I attempt using it I'll try to rig up a weighted "donut" on top of the disk & see if that reduces the need to apply so much pressure to hold it flat.
I've cleaned 4 almost identical driveways now & have found that, overall, using this cleaning head actually took me slightly longer than using the high pressure wand alone. First I timed cleaning a straight 8" swath with this disk, then I cleaned an identical area with just the high pressure wand & the disk was a little faster. But when I timed a complete driveway cleaning job, using just the high pressure wand was faster & less tiring. I think there are several reasons why using the disk was slower. 1) Every time you start & stop a pass with the disk you have to hesitate at both the start & stop points to give it enough time to clean those spots too. 2) Unless the surface has a pretty good slope, after using the disk in an area you'll have standing water containing dirt/mold that you'll need to flush away using the high pressure wand without the disk before it starts to dry & the dirt/mold starts to set back into the surface (all of the surfaces I cleaned had only about a 5-10 degree slope). Periodically removing the disk, flushing away the standing water, then re-installing the disk slows things down quite a bit. 3) The stress of applying downward pressure with 2 hands & bending over was enough that I had to straighten up & flex my shoulders repeatedly over the course of the nearly 3 hour projects. 4) Any pebble, concrete chip or other particle larger than a BB will necessitate lifting the disk off the surface to remove the foreign object from under the disk because it will effect the operation of the rotating spray arm in the disk & possibly damage it.
Does this cleaning head clean flat concrete surfaces? Yes, as long as they're smooth & not too cracked.
Does it save you time? Not in my experience on slightly sloping concrete that's in good repair.
Is it physically less taxing than using the high pressure wand alone? No, at least not for a 6 foot tall individual - but I may try adding weight to the head & see it that enables me to use it with 1 hand. Buying a longer wand may help too but I really don't want to put more money into something that may not improve the overall performance by much.
Finally, keep in mind that I'm only reviewing this product's operation on concrete driveways & sidewalks - it may perform better on wooden or composite decking (it would still require 2 handed, downward, pressure but it might enable you to move faster & not require the periodic flushing).

Customer Service for the return was EXCELLENT! They emailed me the return papers, all postage paid, I took the Colored/Printed box to the Post Office, expecting I would have to purchase a bag to ship it in, but my local post office said, no no, we can attach the forms to this box, so they sealed it up, attached the mailing label and told me to have a good day!!!
No Muss, No Fuss. Thank you Amazon.ca for a wonderful return experience... I LOVE my girly power washer!!!
Two stars for doing the job to some degree despite the poor overall quality.
